Meet Josee
Clinical Care Administrator (CCA)
Meet Josee, one of Authentic You's full-time Clinical Care Administrator's. From the moment you connect with our clinic, there is a good chance Josee will be one of the first friendly faces or voices you encounter. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, organized, and supportive experience for every client while helping our psychologists feel supported behind the scenes so they can focus on providing exceptional care.
Josee completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Alberta and has a genuine passion for the mental health field. She plans to continue her education by pursuing a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology in the future.
Before joining Authentic You, Josee built extensive experience supporting private psychology practices through clinical administration, client intake, scheduling, billing, operational coordination, and community outreach. She has coordinated services for multidisciplinary clinical teams, managed complex schedules, and supported initiatives that promote mental health education and accessibility.
Alongside her professional experience, Josee has volunteered with the Pregnancy and Infant Loss Centre of Canada as a peer support volunteer and contributed to mental health initiatives through Jack.org. These experiences strengthened her belief that every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported.
At Authentic You, Josee oversees appointment scheduling, client communication, billing, and many of the day to day administrative processes that keep the clinic running smoothly. She supports both clients and psychologists with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail, helping create a seamless experience from the first point of contact through ongoing care.
Known for her strong organizational skills, integrity, and compassionate approach, Josee understands that every interaction matters. Whether she is welcoming a new client, assisting a psychologist, or working behind the scenes, she strives to ensure everyone feels supported, respected, and cared for.
Josee brings authenticity, kindness, and dedication to everything she does. Her passion for mental health, commitment to excellence, and genuine care for people make her an invaluable member of the Authentic You family.
