Currently Hiring Psychologists!
Our Beautiful Sunny Clinic is Located South Edmonton, Alberta at Orchards Gate!
Authentic You: Counselling, Assessment & Addictions Services Inc. is expanding and actively hiring multiple psychologist contractors to join our growing Edmonton team for both in person and virtual psychological services!
We are building a clinic for clinicians who want meaningful work, strong referral opportunities, genuine connection, and long-term professional growth. Our practice was created with intention. We value clinical excellence, authenticity, professionalism, and creating a workplace that feels human.
Many private practices offer office space. We have intentionally built systems, structure, administrative/ billing support, marketing, and a collaborative culture that allows psychologists to focus more fully on clinical work, sustainability, and long-term career development.
Our clinicians support teens, adults, older adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, addictions, ADHD, OCD, anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, relationships, emotional dysregulation, identity exploration, sex and gender-related concerns, and complex life experiences. We do not work with child clients.
This opportunity is ideal for clinicians seeking a strong private practice home where they can grow a robust and sustainable caseload while remaining connected to a supportive and values-driven team.

About Authentic You
Authentic You is a modern, trauma-informed psychology clinic with a strong identity and growing presence in Edmonton and across Alberta. We are deeply relational in our approach while maintaining clear structure, professionalism, and high clinical standards.
We are not a “work independently and disappear” clinic model. We value collaboration, consultation, shared learning, accountability, and community. At the same time, clinicians maintain autonomy over their therapeutic approach, modalities, scheduling, and clinical style within ethical and professional expectations.
We are intentional about the culture we create. We value psychologists who are grounded, open-minded, accepting, respectful, and committed to meaningful clinical work.
We encourage applicants to review our website and social media prior to applying to ensure our values, branding, and clinic philosophy align with what they are seeking professionally.
